Have your community walk away with relief and inspiration.

We are living in times of great change. We value compassion and vulnerability as a way to connect and collaborate with each other. And we want to find a reciprocal relationship with Mother Earth for the health and vibrance of our children's children. But how can we connect and build relationship with the people and the world around us when we can't connect and be in relationship with ourselves?

We will build a better world when we know how to feel.

Knowing how to feel is knowing yourself beyond your thoughts. And it is the bridge to discover what you're truly capable of in this lifetime.

Some would say it's the old way, others would coin it an emerging approach to wellbeing. On one hand, it brings life to  and seamlessly complements the well-trodden path of a mental health plan, while on the other hand, it sets itself apart from the pack and stands proudly on its own two feet as its own avenue for healing. It is supported by decades of research into neuroscience on trauma. And once you know it, you wonder how you didn't see it before. After all, as Scott Kiloby says in my book, it's always been there, right under your nose. It's sweeping the world over as the answer to mental health challenges for more people each day, when going to see or talk to someone has failed them.

It's a somatic approach to mental health and wellbeing.

It's interoceptive awareness and knowing how to feel feelings in your body. It's learning to find safety to feel your feelings, so you can digest your emotions, integrate your past experiences and return to a sense of wholeness (healing), be present with this one expression of who you are in this lifetime and spread magic!

Often referred as 'somatics', it's life-changing and world-altering.

Sometimes I share the story of my life-changing moment, dissolving a 22-year bout of depression back in 2019, while other times I share about my ongoing journey of acknowledging and befriending those thoughts and feelings as a way to support my mental health. I have a natural passion to not only give hope, but provide practical, guided steps to those people who think there's something wrong with them, have tried traditional talk-based therapies yet are still stuck with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. Topics I have presented on are Polyvagal Theory, Interoception, Children's Anxiety (in the classroom and at home), Trauma, Somatic Therapy, Somatic Inquiry and Nervous System Resilience. I would love to hear your topic ideas and collaborate with you.

"Our school was really keen to tap into Bronte’s expertise as way of offering support to our parent community on the topics of anxiety, raging emotions and depression – these are such a pertinent topics for so many families. The workshop provided some really valuable insights into the science behind these emotional challenges and the tools to support children that Bronte shared with the group were incredibly valuable. Thanks Bronte."

“Learning to identify and welcome a difficult emotion within a specific part of my body as a helpful messenger rather than an enemy to be avoided was very useful for me and will be when having wellbeing chats with students.”

Carl Rusbridge, Bendigo Flexible Learning Options

"Bronte recently provided a PD for our primary school staff. She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable, providing real life scenarios and strategies on how to prevent and manage anxieties in the classroom. We practised using the steps to assist with our own anxieties and to see how easy it is to use with our students. Thank you Bronte, we can’t wait to use your resources in our classrooms!"
